These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Snake for Claude Code ("the Product"), a software product published by Suma AI. By purchasing or using the Product, you accept these Terms in full.
By completing a purchase, installing the VS Code extension, or installing and running the claude-snake command-line tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
Snake for Claude Code is a software utility that displays a game of Snake while Claude Code is processing a task, and closes it when the task is complete. It is delivered as:
claude-snake).The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no user account.
Upon payment you receive a single license key (format SNAKE-XXXX…) granting you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share your license key. The key is validated offline; we do not track your usage.
The price of the Product is USD $2.00, charged once. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we never receive or store your card details. The license key is generated and delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed.
The Product is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by completing your purchase and receiving your license key you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.
Because the Product is delivered instantly, all sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy: if the Product does not work as described and we cannot help you resolve the issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@snakeforclaude.com and we will review your request for a goodwill refund in good faith.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with the license mechanism, or use the Product for any unlawful purpose. The Product runs locally on your machine and interacts only with your local Claude Code processes and configuration.
The Product, its source code, name, and visual identity remain the property of Suma AI. These Terms grant you a license to use the Product, not any ownership of it.
Snake for Claude Code is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. "Visual Studio Code" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. These names are used solely to describe interoperability.
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every future version of Claude Code or VS Code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Suma AI arising out of or related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it (USD $2.00). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
